Dr. Chavdar Ninov, MD., PhD., MAcS., Ir., MGNI.
For over 25 years, Dr. Chavdar Ninov has studied and developed a new therapeutic standard in the treatment of heavy motion disorders, sports traumatology, degenerative and traumatic spinal pathology and chronic musculoskeletal pain management (chronic myofascial pain syndrome). Graduated in the Sofia Sports University, the British College of Natural Medicine and completed the full course of General Medicine in the Universities of Antwerpen and British Guiana, awarded a Doctors degree (PhD) in Natural Medicine, he has continuously specialized various therapeutic systems across the world:
For quite a while Dr. Ninov studied, experimented and applied different forms of puncturing therapies, manual muscular and soft tissue improvements, joint manipulations and different types of rehabilitation as an effort to find a more effective way of treating the most common motion disabilities presented in modern society. Finally, more than 20 years and thousands of successfully treated patients later, he formulated the main concepts of his own complex therapeutic model and named it MyoPuncture™ and MyoPuncture Orthopedics™, where the art of the healing puncturing and healing hands are perfectly united. He believes that the human body is the most efficient machine created by Nature and can be cured only by another efficient machine - another human body. He believes that the human hands guided by practical knowledge and the subconscious instinctive experience, are the finest instruments in the medical art. As modern acupuncturist and manual therapist, even if Dr. Ninov employs needle stimulation and joint manipulations, his methods are based on a solid, physiological conceptual base. It's true that some of these conceptions are still hypotheses, but it is also true that almost all traditional medical and surgical diagnoses and therapies today are based on hypotheses which have not yet been fully tested and proven. In that system, Dr. Ninov approaches different health issues like: * Heavy post-traumatic motion disorders (para- and quadriplegia) * Chronic musculoskeletal pain * Cartilage regeneration * Motor pattern development * Post-operative soft tissue hyperplasia and scar tissue inhibition * Improvement of bone consolidation * Better adaptation and tolerance of patients with prostheses etc… This original method was applied extremely successfully for prevention, early diagnosis, expertise and intensive therapy of many professional athletes from various sports and different countries. Some of them who had completely retired from their professional activities, because of serious injuries, came back in the top sport. The main element for the high percentage of therapeutic success of this method lies in its theoretical strategy, pointing out that intensive therapy of already injured athletes is a principal therapeutic mistake. Since, at the base of it, much before the therapy, the accent is falling on preventive practice and early diagnosis. Following the concept of the training effect as a main goal in sports preparation, our system produces not only conditions for fast post workout recovery, but also helps for using the full biological potential of a particular athlete. It's already scientifically proven that most professional athletes use less than 60% of their biological capacity. Below are mentioned the names of some teams and athletes that reached the World Top, helped by Dr. Ninov with the use of his original method: Athletics: Bulgarian Olympic Team 1984 - 1992: * Iordanka Donkova – Olympic, World and European Champion and World Record holder in 100m hurdle * Hristo Markov – Olympic and World Champion of Triple Jump * Stefka Kostadinova – Olympic and World Champion and World Record holder in high jump * Anelia Nuneva – sprint * Zvetanka Hristova – disk etc… Weight Lifting: Bulgarian National Team 1983 - 1992: Asen Zlatev, Ianko Rusev, Blagoi Blagoev, Alexander Varbanov, Mitko Grablev, Naum Shalamanov (Suleimanuglu - before emigrating to Turkey), Anton Kodgabashev, Antonio Krastev, Mincho Pashov etc... All-European, World and Olympic Champions.
